THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.4669 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not acquiring the land in S.No. 478 an extent of Ac.7-06 cents of Gudnavolu village, Reach No.13, Rapur mandal and not paying compensation as epr the provisions of Act 30 of 2013 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to acquire the land in S.No. 478 an extent of Ac.7-06 cents of Gundavolu villager, Reach No.13, Rapur Mandal and pay compensation as per the provisions of Act 30 of 2013". 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that though he made a representation dated 7.9.2015 to the Respondents herein, till date no action has been taken on the said representation. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the Respondents be directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 7.9.2015 and appropriate orders may be passed, by fixing some time. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents that suitable action will be taken in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner on 7.9.2015, by taking into consideration the contents of the said representation, as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
