THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1729 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.04.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11153 of 2015. The operative portion of the order in the above Writ Petition reads as under:

"In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent without going into the controversy with regard to bye-laws, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 11.03.2015, submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from today."

A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent on 30.06.2017 stating that the representation of the petitioner was considered and orders were passed vide letter dated 06.07.2015, and on that date time was taken by the petitioner to verify, therefore, the matter was adjourned. Thereafter also three times the matter was listed under the caption for judgment. Even thereafter, the matter was adjourned by another eight weeks. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and further there is also no reply affidavit denying the averments in the counter affidavit that his representation was disposed of on 06.07.2015.

In those circumstances, the order having been complied with, this Court does not find any reason to keep pending of the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
