THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.23590 OF 2007 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the land in an extent of Ac.1.42 cents in Sy.No.313/2, situated at Kapuluppada village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District belongs to his ancestors and when he came to know that the said land was under consideration by the Government for acquisition for public purpose, this writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents that their intention to alienate the ancestral property of the petitioner is bad.

Since the subject land was acquired by the Government for public purpose and the same was put to use and in view of the said fact nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to explore remedies available under law if at all he has any claim or interest over the said land. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
