The learned counsel for petitioner represented that the investigation in the subject crime is completed and charge sheet is also filed, hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition.

Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail such other remedies available to him under law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
