ORDER
Challenging the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening to evict and handover the possession of the premises bearing H.No.4-13-72/1/F, situated at Sikhchownim, Attapur Village, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, pending disposal of O.S.No.198 of 2016, the present writ petition is filed.
Based on the written instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner himself visits the police station for his personal issues; except that the police have nothing to do with his personal affairs; the police have never called the petitioner with regard to any civil dispute and if any law and order problem arises, the police will take steps as per law.
In view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader on the basis of the written instructions, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue pending O.S.No.198 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajendranagar.
