This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., assailing the docket order, dated 20.10.2016, of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Court, Srikakulam, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.19 of 2012. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and with their consent, the criminal petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

This Court disposed of Crl.P.No.1281 with a direction to the lower Court to hear the petitioner on the admissibility of the disputed documents and in the light of the said order, this petition needs to be dismissed, as, for marking the other undisputed documents, reopening of the evidence is necessary.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
