17.12.2025 NBK,J For Being Mentioned I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application has been filed seeking modification of the cause title of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15984 of 2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 12.11.2025, this Court was pleased to allow I.A.No.1 of 2025, the implead petition, and thereafter dismissed the writ petition. However, it is noticed that the implead petition was not ordered and the name of the proposed respondent has not been reflected as Respondent No.4 in the cause title of the order. Though I.A.No.1 of 2025 is directed to be ordered on 12.11.2025, it was not reflected in the docket and the said mistake is inadvertent. In view of the same, now I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered and it is directed that the name of respondent No.4 is to be reflected in the cause title.

Accordingly, the cause title of the order

dated 12.11.2025 passed in W.P.No.15984 of 2024 is modified by including the name of the proposed respondent as Respondent No.4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue modified order. The application is ordered accordingly.
