THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 4662 of 2006 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents have not passed any orders on their representation dated 14.12.2005 which is pending with the respondents, submitted for altering the entries in the Revenue Records in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.2-30 guntas and Ac.2-23 guntas in Survey numbers 83 and 84 of Upparpally village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The respondent No.1 filed counter affidavit. At para-4 of the counter, it is stated that an endorsement was made stating that the petitioners may approach the appropriate authorities by filing an appeal/revision, if they are so advised. The said endorsement was issued vide Lr.No.B/668/2011, dated 19.7.2011 by the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal which was enclosed to the counter.

In view of the same, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the remedies available to them under the law for redressal of their grievance.
