HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27257 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the compensation amount payable for the land acquired for the purpose of the third respondent-Agricultural Marketing Committee.

Today when the matter is taken up for adjudication, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record proceedings

No.RBZ/3581/2015, dated 26.12.2015 issued by the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, wherein an amount of Rs.18,61,095/- has been sanctioned to the AMC, Nuzivid for payment towards land value of the site admeasuring 1170 1⁄2 Square Yards in which Rythu Bazar is established. In view of the fact that compensation amount has been sanctioned and directed to be paid towards the land cost, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
