HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.28822 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the pensionery/monetary benefits of the deceased who worked as Public Health Worker in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the Writ Petition is not maintainable in this Court and the petitioner has to approach the AP Administrative Tribunal.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
