HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14139 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint made by him, the 3rd respondent issued show-cause notice dated 06-04-2017 to the 4th respondent, but no final order has been passed in pursuant to said show-cause notice. On that the petitioner filed WP.No.30987 of 2017 and it was reported by 4th respondent counsel before this Court that on 23-07-2017 final orders were passed in pursuant to the showcause notice dated 06-04-2017. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for the said orders. It is stated that no such order is passed. Aggrieved by inaction of respondents in taking further action in pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 06-04-2017, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as on today no order is passed in pursuant to show-cause notice dated 06-04-2017. He further submits that suit is filed by one Smt.M.D.Malleswari regarding the properties of the petitioner-society.

In this case it is to be seen that having issued notice, the 3rd respondent could have take further action. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to take further action in pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 0604-2017 after putting on notice the 4th respondent,

in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 24-10-2018 Nvl
