'llris appeal is hled against the judgment ar_rd decree dated 26.O.3.2008 passed in O.S.No.582 of 2006 on rhe file of \ the III Sr:nirrr Civil Juclge, City Civil Court at Secundr:rabad. 2.

A suit vide O.S.No.5B2 of 2006 was filecl in the year 2006 for ro(_-overy of amount was decreed u,ith lnterest on 26.o3.2oo8.,.d aggrieved by the said order; det.enclzrnt in the suit preferrt:rl this appeal.
