When the matter was called on 18-11-2016, there was no appearance for the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the revision. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
