Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Rama Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents.

Both the counsel represent that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 18.4.2008 in W.P.No. 15921 of 2007. In that case it was held: "Having regard to the above mentioned submission of the learned Standing Counsel the Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondents 2 & 3 are directed to initiate immediate steps to conduct a joint survey by allowing the petitioner to participate in the said survey and pay extra hire charges in the event the petitioner's bus was found having plied for any distance in excess of the distance stipulated in the agreement. They shall complete this exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

This was followed in order dated 17.2.2010 in W.P.No. 3457 of 2010 and W.P.No. 3389 of 2010. Since the petitioner herein is also similarly situated, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the directions in W.P.No. 15921 of 2007 dated 18.4.2008. There shall be
