No representation on petitioner's side on call. On the other hand, the iearned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that charge sheet is laid and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.
Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives. 4.
