No. 46 of 2004 ORDER:(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Sri K.Raji Reddy and Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, learned Special Standing counsel for Commercial Taxes appearing for revision petitioner, and the learned counsel appearing the respondent-assessee would submit that the subject matter in this case is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Super Cassettes Industries Limited, Hyderabad and others v. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and Others1, which has also been followed by this Court in its order dt.18-10-2022 in T.R.C.Nos.22 of 2003 and batch.

Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, the present Tax Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
