It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died on 17.02.2015 and to the said effect death certificate has been filed along with a memo. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

The sureties presented at the time of granting of bail were discharged.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
