HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8287 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.63 of 2015 of Markapur Town Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the SCs & STs (POA) Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. In a case of this nature, there is a bar for granting anticipatory bail. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Court concerned and move an application for bail. On such surrender and such application being filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same on the same day.
