THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY A.S.M.P. No.2 of 2017 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.295 of 2016 JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the defendant Nos.1 to 3, under Section 96 of C.P.C., assailing the decree and judgment dated 30.12.2015 in O.S.No.1037 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, wherein and whereby the suit for specific performance of oral agreement of sale dated 11.11.1992 was decreed. 2.
A.S.M.P.No.2 of 2017 is filed by the petitioners-appellants to permit them to compromise the matter with the respondentplaintiff in terms of compromise. 3.
Appellant Nos.1 to 3 and one K.V. Anjaneyulu, representing K.Kesava Kumar-respondent are present.

Sri C.Kumar, learned Advocate representing Sri P.Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, identified the appellants. Sri Kalagatla Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, identified K.V.Anjaneyulu representing the respondent, in the open Court.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the record.

This Court read over and explained conditions of the Memorandum of Compromise to the appellants and the GPA holder of the respondent in Telugu and they admitted the same. Both the parties, in the open Court, submitted that they entered into
compromise, at the advice of the elders, to put an end to the litigation.

Accordingly, A.S.M.P.No.2 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
