When the matter is called, a letter dated 15.06.2017 bearing AFC/WGL/legal /2017-18/112 addressed by the State Finance Corporation to the learned counsel for the petitioners Sri T.Durga Reddy is placed on record. It is stated in the said letter that Dr.Ch.Aravind Reddy closed the loan account with the Corporation on 15.09.2010 and the documents were returned to the CS holders on 27.10.2010.

In view of the above, the said letter dated 15.06.2017 bearing AFC/WGL/legal /2017-18/112 is placed on record and the writ petition stands disposed of.
