THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28383 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.21627 of 2017 by order, dated 03.07.2017.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the respondents for release of the vehicles bearing Nos.AR 02 A 8055, AR 02 8811, AR 02 A 9099 and AR 02 9900, enclosing all the documents, and on such application being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
