CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.M.A.No.1403 of 2008 10.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order, dated 23.01.2008, in O.P.No.1138 of 2004 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, whereby, he has dismissed the said O.P. filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage with the respondent.

At the hearing, Mr.T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, his client died.
