HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3239 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the nondisposal of O.S.No.76 of 2012, on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudur.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available on record.

This Court takes notice of the circular R.O.C.No.1065/O.P.CELL-E/2017, dated 28.02.2017, issued by the Registrar General directing all the Unit Heads of the Subordinate Courts to issue necessary instructions to all the Judicial Officers for expeditious disposal of 20 year old cases (where there is no stay) pending in their respective Courts and the Subordinate Courts, as far as possible, to make an effort to complete all the suits pending prior to 2012. 4.

Keeping that in view, subject to the feasibility, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudur, shall make an effort to dispose of O.S.No.76 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Date: 7th July, 2017 KL
