ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 16.09.2015 in O.A.No.5054 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad - respondent No.6. W.P.M.P.No.18939 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

Today, at the hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the aforesaid request made in W.P.M.P.No.18939 of 2016. Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No.18939 of 2016 is ordered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.49868, 52101, (SR) 222286 of 2015 filed by the petitioner shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
