This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not registering criminal case against respondents 5 and 6 and others basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.15.07.2019 and in threatening the petitioner with dire consequences by entering into his agricultural patta land without any authority or power.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.05.08.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Yadagirigutta P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.15.07.2019, a case was registered in Crime No.184/2019, under Sections 427, 447, 504 and 506, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Yadagirigutta Police Station on 02.08.2019, against the unofficial respondents.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
