HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 26551 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent, the District Collector (Panchayat Wing), Adilabad district, dated 08.07.2017, under Section 249(1) of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the said impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the said impugned order before the competent authority, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
