HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26851 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ Order or Direction one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in particular 3rd and 4th respondents in requiring me to return the security deposit of Rs.2,40,000/- which I received from Mr.Sruchit Kumar Gupta as a result of the registered lease deed dated 1st July 2013 and upon my failing to do so to seal the above stated premises as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents and in particular Respondents 3 and 4 not to seal the above stated leased premises and not take any further proceedings against me in relation to any alleged offence committed by Mr.Gupta as well as to set aside the notice u/s 91 & 160 Cr.P.C in Cr.No.99/OW/CCPS/CCS.DD.Hyd/2013 dated 10.09.2013 issued by the 4th respondent to me."

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 13.09.2013, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has already been settled before the Lok Adalath between the defacto complainant and the accused.

Viewed from any angle, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
