THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.25345 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V. Raghu sought for liberty to file application before the Labour Court, Guntur to recall/set aside the order under challenge dated 09.05.2013. Liberty as prayed for is granted and both the parties are at liberty to raise their legally available defences before the Labour Court.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
