Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of opening of the Factory on the orders of the Division Bench of this Court, he is not pressing the Contempt Case.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
