CVNR, J & GSP, J CRP.No.1033 of 2017 Dated:09.3.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of docket order, dated 05.9.2011, in E.P.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

On 02.3.2017, none appeared for the petitioners. Therefore, the case was directed to be posted to today under the caption "for dismissal'". Accordingly, the case has been posted under the said caption. Even today, when the case is called, no one appeared for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
