O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tandur,

Ranga Reddy District, did not register a crime on her complaint dated 26.04.2011. The said complaint was made against one Ratkal Subash and one Ratkal Surekha. Basing on the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tandur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader stated that upon the petitioner's complaint, an entry was made in the General Diary and the matter was enquired into. However, the petitioner failed to furnish the alleged forged documents. Upon completion of the enquiry, the police authorities came to the conclusion that the issue involved a civil dispute which was already pending consideration in O.S.No.40 of 2011 before the learned Junior Civil Judge, Tandur. The petitioner was stated to have been advised to approach the concerned Court for redressal of her grievance. In the light of the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law if she wishes to pursue the matter further.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 08th JUNE, 2015 PGS
