On 03.11.2016, when the Writ Petition was called, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also, none appears for the petitioners nor is there any representation on their behalf. Since this Writ Petition is of the year 2007, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the same pending. Hence, it is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
