ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed to relax the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.162 of 2026 in Crime No.631of 2025 by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy.

Heard Chandrashekar yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court while allowing the Crl.M.P.No.162 of 2026 directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.i i.e., the petitioner/accused shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for like sum amount to the satisfaction for the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Offences Court-cum-III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy. He further submitted that the petitioner cannot afford to furnish surety amount and prayed the Court to modify the said condition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.162 of 2026 in Crime No.631of 2025, i.e., condition No.i i.e., the petitioner/accused shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for like sum

amount to the satisfaction for the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Offences Courtcum-III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, to that of the petitioner/accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Offences Court-cum-III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy. Further, the remaining conditions imposed by the trial Court are remained unaltered.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
