HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10188 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed revision before the 3rd respondent under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 along with stay petition, against the orders dated 09.01.2017, passed by the 4th respondent in Rc.E.1405/2015. But, no orders are passed till today. Meanwhile, the respondent authorities are trying to alter the entries in revenue records. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioner along with revision, in accordance with law, after issuing notices to both the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to entries in revenue records. However, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the say petition without being influenced by the order passed by this Court in this writ petition. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
