THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.11702 of 2006 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to demolish the partition wall constructed within the compound of Sri Annapurnadevi Sametha Kailaseswara Swamy Vari Temple, separating Sri Anjaneya Swamy Vari Temple of Sivapuram Village, Mydukur Mandal, Kadapa District, holding that the notice issued by the second respondent in Rc.No.48 of 2006 to demolish the said partition wall is arbitrary and illegal. When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments submits that the respondents are not intended to demolish the wall constructed in the temple. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed as there is no need to pass any further orders. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
