THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.548 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 21.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11530 of 2015.

The case of the petitioner is that this Court by an order dated 21.04.2015, passed in W.P.No.11530 of 2015, has directed the Contemnor-Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, Khammam District, to pass orders in L.T.R. Case No.1 of 2013, said to have been reserved for orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of the said order. However, the same has not been complied with. Hence, filed the present Contempt Case. Respondent filed a counter affidavit along with the reasoned speaking order made by him on 27.02.2016 in L.T.R. Case No.1 of 2013. The counter affidavit along with the speaking order has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.03.2017. However, as of date, there is no reply affidavit filed by the petitioner. Inasmuch as, the order has been complied with, though there is a delay in complying with the order, this Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
