The petitioner states that the array of respondents was not correctly shown and the police station where the complaint was filed by the petitioner was not impleaded. Hence, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition duly showing the appropriate respondent in the cause title. With a liberty aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
