THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14653 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.114 of 2013 on the file of the Police Station, Mominpet, Ranga Reddy District.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
