HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.111 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners /respondents 1 to 3 to transfer D.V.C.No.21 of 2017 from the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala to the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he is not insisting for transfer of the matter but considering that petitioners belong to Ranga Reddy District, their appearance may be dispensed with before the trial court.

Having regard to the judgment of this court in GADDAMEEDI NAGAMANI Vs. THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND OTHERS (1), the appearance of the petitioners/respondents in D.V.C.No.21 of 2017 on the file of Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala, is dispensed with except on the occasion when the trial court requires their attendance.

This Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
