Learned counsel for the petitioners represents that the dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant, who is respondent No.4, is settled and petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4, who are wife and husband, are living together. Hence, both the parties are directed to appear before the Special Judge for trial of cases under The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in connection with Crime No.101 of 2017 of Razole Police Station, East Godavari District. On their appearance, the Special Judge is directed to record the same and inform to the police.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
