HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14246 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the order in Lr.No.1252/A/2015, dated 09-02-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein and whereby the applications of the petitioners seeking membership in the 4th respondent-Fishermen Cooperative Society were rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 20-11-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.34793 of 2013. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed. The impugned order is set aside and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners for admission into the 4th respondent-society strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.74, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (F.II) Department, dated 21-10-2011 without reference to the caste to which the petitioners belong. This exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
