Heard.

Earlier Writ Petition of the petitioners being W.P.No.11078 of 2000 was dismissed by this Court on 07.11.2007. The petitioners state that subsequently they received the copy of their application dated 25.01.1996 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and based on that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking the self-same relief.

Since the earlier Writ Petition was already dismissed, the present Writ Petition cannot be entertained on the self-same grounds and for the self-same relief.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to file a review petition in the earlier Writ Petition. With the liberty aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
