No. 16597 of 2019 Dt: 19-09-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother, namely Mr. Patlavath Mohan @ Nani, before the Court, and to set him at liberty.

Mr. P. Trivikram Reddy, the learned for the petitioner, informs this Court that this writ petition has become infructuous.
