... PETITIONER AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary (Home), Secretariat, Hyderabad and two others.

2. Alleging that respondent No.2 police are interfering with the day-to-day activities of the petitioner and pressurising him to pay Rs.5,00,000/- to respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Home has received instructions whereunder respondent No.2 denies all the allegations and states that the police have no knowledge of any family affairs or disputes between petitioner and respondent No.3 and that their involvement in the family affairs of the petitioner is denied.
