The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to avail all the remedies available under law including filing of fresh writ petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail all the remedies, if any, available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
