O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners was that the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam

Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was not taking up the case filed by them on 21.01.2015 for scrutiny and numbering. This case was stated to have been filed under Sections 32 and 40 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, having obtained instructions in the matter, informed this Court that the case filed by the petitioners was taken on file by the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under Ref. No.B/605/2015, but certain clarifications were required from the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the petitioners would have to approach the said Tahsildar in the event any steps are required to be taken by them for processing of the case. Their grievance as to the inaction in taking up and numbering of the case no longer survives for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
