THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12560 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not conducting a proper investigation in Crime No.112 of 2011 on the file of the S.N. Puram Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District. Basing on the written instructions dated 27.05.2011 furnished by the Station House Officer, S.N. Puram Police Station, Vijayawada, the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Home stated that upon registration of the case in Crime No.112 of 2011 under Sections 323, 354 and 506 I.P.C read with Section 34 I.P.C, investigation was completed and upon obtaining permission from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Vijayawada, report was filed before the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, that the case was false.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if she still wishes to proceed against the private respondents on the criminal side. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
