HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 45360 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area). At their request, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Against the order of respondent No.3 (Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar), the petitioner preferred a revision on 05.11.2015 to respondent No.2 (Joint Collector, Karimnagar). The petitioner's grievance is that no orders have been passed by respondent No.2 on the revision till date. Hence the Writ Petition.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of revision, if the same has not yet been disposed of, as early as possible preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any stay application is filed by the petitioner, along with revision, respondent No.2 shall consider the same on priority basis after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:26.12.2016 usd
