ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/R2 and R3 seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.38 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar, against them.

2. The second respondent herein filed aforesaid DVC against her husband and the relatives of her husband alleging that all the respondents used to harass her by demanding additional dowry and threaten her with dire consequences.

3. In view of the serious allegations mentioned in the complaint and also the nature of proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the presence of petitioners/R-2 and R3 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is insisted by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel on all hearing dates.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
