This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.4 in investigating Crime No.151 of 2015 on the file of Yemmiganur Town Police Station, Kurnool District. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a charge sheet was filed on 26.09.2016 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
